With a career spanning a wide range of assets—from focused service hotels generating ~$2 million in revenue annually to large-scale convention center properties generating over $120 million annually—Elliott combines hands-on expertise with a sharp data-driven mindset to drive performance and profitability.
Known for his entrepreneurial approach, Elliott founded Revival Hospitality to deliver a more agile, owner-minded model for hotel management and investment. He is deeply involved in every aspect of the business, from deal analysis to identifying opportunities to optimizing topline revenue and cultivating high-impact partnerships.

Reginald Thompson
Principal
Reginald has over 27 years of business experience spanning the real estate, risk management and insurance, financial services, and engineering industries. He has designed and implemented strategies that enhance productivity and drive profitability for privately held businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities.
Through Reginald’s range of experiences, he provides strategic, financial, and technical expertise to a diverse clientele, empowering them through education and practical problem-solving approaches. His vision is rooted in a holistic approach to strategy development, ensuring his clients’ values are seamlessly integrated with their strategic objectives. Reginald has advised clients with budgets over $400M and real estate values over $1B.
Reginald holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and has pursued advanced studies in Land & Real Estate Development at Texas A&M University.
